Payments - How and when classes are invoiced and term fees should be paid.

In order to secure your child's place in their class, term fee payments will be invoiced and should be paid in advance (around 1 week before the start of each new half-term).

This is so that that class sizes can be managed, and planned accordingly.

Your child's place in their class is not guaranteed until the term fees have been paid.

In order to facilitate payments, the School has a PayPal account. You will receive an invoice for each half-term via PayPal. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PAYMENT, but it is a quick and safe way to make payments and is preferable.

There are three options for payments:

1. PayPal (via the invoice)

2. Any CREDIT or DEBIT card (via the PayPal invoice) or

3. Bank Transfer (from your Current Account). If you choose to make a Bank Transfer from your current account, you don't need to follow the link to PayPal. When the Bank Transfer is received and has cleared in the bank, the PayPal invoice will be receipted.

If you would prefer to make a Bank Transfer, the details are:

Account Number: 10362568

Sort Code: 60-05-26

Please ensure that you put your child's name as the payment reference on bank transfers."

When you receive your invoice, it will look something like this:

It will briefly show the amount due and the due date for the payment (to secure your child's place).

Click on the 'View and Pay Invoice' button, and it will take you to your invoice.

If you view the invoice on a tablet or computer, you will see more detail than if you view it on a phone.

If you are on a tablet or computer, you may get the option to pay by various different methods, including Debit or Credit Card. If you are on a phone, click on the yellow PayPal button, and this will take you to another screen, where you may get the option to pay by Debit or Credit Card.

This is where you can choose to click on 'Log In' to log into your own PayPal account to make the payment, or click on the 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' to enter your preferred card details.

Terms and Conditions of Payment

  • Payment for each half-term is due in advance of the beginning of that term. This is in order to secure your child's place at the school.
  • You will receive an invoice from PayPal for each half-terms payment. This will include a due date for the payment. The payment can be made in several ways and a guide for this is detailed above. Your child's place in their class is not secured until the payment has been received.
  • If a child is absent for any reason, the fee is still due for the lesson missed (including private lessons). All class fees are non-refundable.
  • These Terms and Conditions are necessary to cover overheads and to secure your child's place at the school, as many classes now have waiting lists.
